"Safe Yacht Certification" is an offer aimed at businesses and non-governmental organizations with legal personality. It entails the owner of a seaworthy yacht undergoing an inspection and receiving a certificate valid for 24 months. With this certificate, they gain:

2. Legal protection and representation in legal proceedings.
3. Full damage compensation.
4. Debt collection for any claims arising from yacht ownership.
5. Permission to use the trademark 'Safe Yacht' of OAC - Ocean Angels Club.
6. A series of original online training for yacht owners.
7. Insurance coverage.
8. Assistance in transporting the yacht within EU countries.
9. Technical service and supervision during repairs.
10. Access to a team of mobile mechanics.
11. Assistance in organizing spare parts.
12. Access to innovative commercial and technical solutions.

Before undergoing yacht certification, the vessel must meet these conditions:
I. Registration within EU member states.
II. Current technical inspection required by the laws of the country where it's registered.
III. Absence of damage other than that resulting from basic non-commercial use.
IV. Equipment compliance with legal regulations and yacht documentation.
