What qualifications will you obtain?
The All In One training includes a full package of key motorboating and sailing licenses that will allow you to operate vessels both on inland waters and at sea:
- Motorboat Skipper – authorization to operate motor yachts on inland waters
- Sea Motorboat Skipper – qualifications to operate vessels at sea
- Yacht Sailor – basic sailing license
- Yacht Sea Skipper – advanced sailing qualifications for operating sea vessels
- Towing license for water skiers and other floating objects – required for professionals conducting recreational water activities
Two of the five available ISSA certificates – possibility to choose from:
- Crew (Crew Member)
- Inland Power Yacht Skipper
- Inshore Power Yacht Skipper
- Yacht Skipper
- Inshore Yacht Skipper
- SRC Radio Operator Certificate (Short Range Certificate) by ISSA – international qualification for operating VHF radio stations

What do the classes look like?
The training process has been designed to be efficient and flexible, adapting to your lifestyle.
Stage 1:
Theory (20 hours)

Receiving qualifications
After successfully passing the exams, the participant receives a full package of certificates ready to be used both in Poland and abroad. Your responsibility?
Participation in training and exams is mandatory, especially state exams required to obtain national licenses such as Motorboat Skipper, Sea Motorboat Skipper, Yacht Sailor, Yacht Sea Skipper and the license for towing water skiers and other floating objects. The exam result determines whether the relevant licenses and certificates are granted, and failure to pass makes it impossible to obtain them. Ocean Angels is not responsible for the results of state or international exams and does not guarantee passing them, as it depends solely on the knowledge and skills of the participant. The course organizer is not responsible for legal consequences resulting from failure to obtain licenses or for changes in legal regulations regarding certification. The participant is required to follow safety rules and training regulations, and failure to do so may result in expulsion from the course without refund. The course price includes the training program but does not include exam fees or the cost of issuing licenses unless otherwise stated in the offer. In case of force majeure such as regulatory changes, natural disasters, sanitary restrictions or other extraordinary circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to change course dates, form or cancel the course without financial liability for additional participant costs. By joining the training, the participant accepts these conditions and agrees to comply with all rules and exam requirements.
