"Certification 'Safe Partner' is a proposal designed for companies and legally recognized organizations seeking collaboration using the trademark of OAC - Ocean Angels Club.

4. Capability to conduct educational activities for children and youth,

To join the certification program, an entity must meet certain criteria:
I. Registration within the member countries of the European Union,
II. Being an active taxpayer or possessing an active tax identification number,
III. Holding qualifications to navigate a floating unit on maritime or oceanic waters, endorsed by a European Union member country,
IV. Sailing experience of at least 3 years for every individual working, collaborating, or operating within the OAC collaboration,
V. None of the individuals forming the team should have a criminal record for intentional offenses.
Further details regarding qualifications and infrastructure, such as a classroom and owning a seafaring unit with maritime certification, are necessary for any entity interested in certification.
