Terms and Conditions of the Promotional Offer "Helmsman for 1 PLN"

1. 1. Purpose and scope of the offer: The promotional offer concerns participation in a Motorboat Helmsman license training organized by Ocean Angels Club (OAC) with a value of 650 PLN, available for a symbolic price of 1 PLN. The training will be conducted at OAC training bases in Poland*.

2. 2. Participation conditions: Participation in the promotion is possible after registering on the website www.oceanangels.eu, liking and following the Ocean Angels Club Polska fan page on Facebook or Instagram. The interested person should send an e-mail to promocja@oceanangels.eu containing the message: "I am interested in participating in the promotional offer Helmsman for 1 PLN – Spring Promotion 2024." The message must be sent on the day of registration.

3. 3. Participant selection rules: Applications are processed in the order received. The promotion is limited and participation is possible until all available places are taken.

4. 4. Training schedule and structure: The training lasts a total of 22 hours, including 3 hours of online classes, 8 hours of classroom theory, and 11 hours of practical training. Training takes place in groups of 5 participants.

5. 5. Examination fee: In addition to the training price of 1 PLN, an examination fee of 250 PLN must be paid to the account of the Polish Motorboat and Water Ski Association.

6. 6. Age requirements: Participation in the training is possible only for adults. Persons aged 14–18 interested in participation should send such information via private message on Messenger.

7. 7. Duration of the offer: The offer is valid from 14.01.2024 at 15:00:00 until 29.02.2024 at 23:59:59.

8. 8. Exam pass rate: Ocean Angels Club does not guarantee passing the exam; however, the training is conducted professionally to minimize the risk of failing the exam to approximately 1%.

9. 9. Reservations: OAC reserves the right to change the terms of the offer or cancel the promotion at any time.

10. 10. Participant obligations: The participant agrees to comply with the regulations and deadlines specified in the offer.

11. 11. Participant responsibility: The participant is fully responsible for their behavior during the course and for following the safety rules specified by the instructors.

12. 12. Training dates: Training dates are determined according to the schedule established by OAC. Participants are required to adapt to the training timetable.

13. 13. Documents required before training: Before the training begins, the participant must provide the required documents, including confirmation of payment of the examination fee and an identity document.

14. 14. Participation in classes: Participants are required to attend all theoretical and practical classes regularly according to the schedule.

15. 15. Change of training date: Changing the training date is possible only with the organizer’s consent and subject to availability of places on another date.

16. 16. Cancellation of participation: Withdrawal from the training is possible up to 7 days before the planned date. A handling fee of 100 PLN applies.

17. 17. Final documentation: After completing the training, the participant receives a certificate confirming participation and a list of examination requirements.
