Ocean Angels Club – The Beginnings
An international organization bringing together sailing and motorboating enthusiasts and passionates.
Ocean Angels (OAC) traces the beginning of its history back to 2013, when the sailing paths of today’s members of the organization first converged. From early 2014 until the end of 2018, OAC operated mostly behind the scenes, as a group of people passionate about sailing and powerboating sports, exchanging ideas, experiences, and emotions, unknowingly building a community united by a love for sails and high-horsepower engines, while at the same time responding to the needs of the community and individuals excluded from mainstream sailing life. The years 2019–2020 caused OAC’s development to accelerate dynamically, as later turned out, thanks to the members of its quiet organization. Joint meetings, ideas, disputes, and problem-solving led to the introduction of innovations within the recreational sailing sector. In 2021, the informally associated group decided to legally establish Ocean Angels—also branded as Ocean Angels Club or Ocean Angels Exclusive Yacht Club. Today, OAC operates under two legal forms: a commercial law company and an association bringing together enthusiasts and passionate supporters of sailing and powerboating sports.
