You can easily find the ingredients for this dish at a local market, and you only need one pot to prepare it. A full and happy crew guaranteed! Sauté the chopped onion in olive oil until translucent, then add the diced chicken. Fry it thoroughly, then add in sequence: corn kernels, diced bell pepper, and zucchini. Pour in the wine, and once it has evaporated, add the tomatoes (preferably peeled) and the broth. Season everything and cook for about 10 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.
