Ingredients:

salmon fillet 300 g 

clarified butter 40 g


Spices:

salt, lemon pepper

Preparation:

Step 1: Season the salmon with salt and lemon pepper.

Step 2: Heat the clarified butter in a pan. Place the salmon in the pan and fry over medium heat for 5 minutes on each side. The salmon should be golden.

Step 3: Serve the cooked salmon with groats, rice, or boiled potatoes, and a side salad.
